Is audio taping allowed?

Post  Scott on Mon Sep 15, 2008 9:41 am

Just wondering about the taping policy for the show because on the website under General Info it states "Due to artist rescrictions no professional cameras or video recorders will be allowed into the facility". There is no mention of audio recorders. Oh man, that would be sweet to be able to record this.

Peace!

No taping of any kind is allowed other than what you might be able to capture via a cel phone.

There is a "Camera Policy" topic on page two of the forum. I doubt anyone would consider an 'el cheapo" digital camera professional equipment.

The following is from the Koko Booth Ampitheater FAQ.

CAMERAS / RECORDERS
A majority of our events do not allow cameras, audio, or video recording at the performer's request. Some artists will allow small non-professional camera's (instamatics with no flash or the ability to turn off flash); please check the specific event page or call ahead for our camera policy for the event you are attending.
