Yes, we received the news this morning. A terrible loss for a number of reasons.

He will be sorely missed. The behind the scenes stuff from David Gilmour's On an Island with Rick was great. Awesome sense of humor.

Not to be too disrespectful to the recently departed, but are you insinuating something with the above comment? Could what I heard be true? And if what I heard is true, with recent events will the rumor remain true?

Wow! I don't know if I get that and I wrote it.

I know what you meant. It's a yes and no answer and that's all I can say.

While I know you can neither confirm nor deny the speculation (sounds like politics now!), I will be highly depressed if I hear that one or more of the guys was going to able to attend and now, understandably, they won't be.

The Great Gig in the Sky has new meaning now.

Either way you will never hear that from me or anyone else officially connected with this benefit concert. There was a reason we couldn't announce something previously and the same reason still holds, regardless of the circumstances.

Sometimes it's really really cool to have an inside contact that keeps us posted about behind the scenes kinds of things... other times it's rather frustrating!

Please don't get me wrong, Rick, I'm not complaining. I'm thrilled to have had this forum the last few months and I have really enjoyed most of your input. (I completely understand that some things have to be kept under wraps.) Come to think of it, it's gonna be kinda weird when it's all said and done to not come here and check on things. And what will I do with myself if there's no more riddles to puzzle over?

After I heard this, I began playing all my Pink Floyd music. It's been going all day, and may do so until the concert.

Dustin. Me too. I dug out the Division Bell. The mood just feels right.

At CRM Herald we are all about you finding yourself the correct solution for you. When you buy a CRM you need to consider many different issues. First is what you want to get out of the system. How much of your business can you stream line with a CRM and what changes in behavior will your current staff have to accept to make the change.

Basically all modern CRM’s work to an extent. What often does not work is you, your organisation and your business systems. Tough we know but more often true.

If you move to a modern CRM system you need to understand that you are then putting your client, not your process, not your products and not your staff at the center of all your thinking. Then get ready for some mad changes. You will probably be shocked at the information that is returned. Most people who implement a CRM suddenly find that the clients who they thought were their best are not. Clients they ignored are actually their most profitable and what shocks them most is that clients leave them for no reason at all. That is you have not given them any reason to stay.

But once you get it right!!
